We know that your time is valuable, ours is too. Please understand that appointment times are limited, if you must cancel your appointment, I respectfully request a 24 hour (minimum) notice to do so. When appointments are cancelled/missed without providing a 24 hour notice, it's often difficult for me to fill those appointment times. Because of this, cancellations that occur sooner than 24 hours of your scheduled appointment time will be charged a 50% service fee to the card on file. No call/No shows will be charged 100% of the scheduled service.

If you are more than 10 minutes late for your appointment, I will do my best to accommodate you, but may have to cut your session short.

Unfortunately, I am at NOT a handicapped accessible location. I am at a second floor location and steps are required. Please be aware.
